Hi,

When using RSS feeds to import posts, even the pages and/or modules are "public", people need to login to see imported posts....
Is it a parameter to be set for this?

Hi there,

It seems that those post only can be accessible by team members only as you can see here http://take.ms/IeKSy and http://take.ms/QFBgG. That why it is required for you to login first. It would be best if you can change it to public. Please advice.

May i know whether you have enable this https://monosnap.com/file/0rfUfF4LTWP5KUOJYmqbjYAZEqVZNF setting on your site or maybe you have restricted those categories from being viewed by your certain groups.

If not, it would be best if you can provide us with your backend and FTP access for further check on this issues. Please advice.

Hi Warith,

We just verify the two settings you advised. The settings were:

Login To Read Full Post --> No
Categories permissions are "Viewable by Everyone".

We cleared all caches and it still the same.

We are on a local machine to test before publishing. Is there any other solution?

Please find here the link defined in my local site detail.

For the ftp, I do not know how to configure it. I will sent you the files you need. All the files are standards. Did you check on your standard application on you site if it is working?
