Hi,

Before ask I check in FAQ and Documentation without result.
I'd like to import some data from my old blog under wordpress into my easyblog website under joomla 3.1.

I'd like to know if it possible to do it with already several post into eayblog under joomla. Want to be sure, they won't be erase during proces if it's possible.

And last think, when I press on Migration I get this error :
1146 Table 'mtgt69_nomadsroad.jom2_wp_blogs' doesn't exist SQL=select * from `jom2_wp_blogs`

Any advice will be nice.

Thanks in advance for your help
Hello Greg,

The import would not erase your blogs , could you give me your FTP access and the joomla folder that it is stored so i could take a better look on the issue?

Thanks:)

Hi Khairul,

I attached all information for FTP access, but I don't understand what you means by "joomla folder that it is stored"

The issue is not during any process, is when I press on button Migration in CPanel of Easyblog in admin part.

I don't know yet what I need to transfer my old wordpress to easyblog. But before transfert I have to clean it, I've been hacked and all post have bad link insert in, but this is another story

Thanks again for your help

Hello Greg,

Your FTP access seems to be incorrect "Login authentication failed", please advice? What I meant by the folder is that you might have more then one joomla installation in your server, but it okay, I will take a look and I identify.

Thanks:)

Your access is directly into the folder of the website

Hello Greg,

I had fix the issue in your in your Migrators but I do not understand entirely how did you get that error in the 1st place. If you are migrating from a WordPress site please use the 'Wordpress XML Import' in backend > easyblog > Migrators

Hope that helps, thanks:)

We have the same issue:

Going to Migrators generated this error:

1146 Table '#_everest.jml_wp_blogs' doesn't exist SQL=select * from `#_wp_blogs`

How do we correct this? the table doesn't exist.

Hello Kevin,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a long weekend off for us here. Would it be possible for you to start a new thread on our forums and provide us with the back end and FTP access so that we can look into this issue for you?
