Hi

We currently run a J1.5 website with two apps (iOS & Android) connected. In short we write walking guides that are published on our website and apps.

We are building a new J3.x website and all is going well. We have installed Easy Blog and hope to go live quite soon.

We are now thinking about adding EasySocial and Komento but we are not sure how well it will integrate.

The walks we publish sit within an iFrame inside Joomla. Users (logged in through Joomla) can add photos and comments - but these are help in a separate database and are not joomla comments - if that makes sense.

I am hoping that we will be able to use EasySocial so that all comments, blog post, images, forum posts, walks published by an author, etc are all brought together. (We also have an active Facebook Group and Twitter following)

I wondered if anyone has any thoughts on what is possible and whether anyone has done anything similar? We may look for a developer to help us that has done this sort of thing before.

Our J1.5 website is http://www.iFootpath.com

Thank you in advance.
StackIdeas have been developing apps for ES and EB for quite some time now. As for mobilizing the site, we ourselves develop our own template in our website

We're also doing our own API on our website to create our own mobile app.

Thanks for sharing this Ken Adding EasySocial, Komento and EasyDiscuss on your site will give you an added bonus because all of these extensions would definitely increase interaction between the user and the site and also users amongst other users as well

I always believe that if a site has lots of interactions, you will generally get more leads to your site
