Good Morning in KL,

We are sending video campaigns out today using EasyBlog. Unfortunately we have a problem with the image place holder, which show up at the first video campaign we have created, even the placeholder is disable.

This is the URL to the video; https://www.gogreen-portals.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=entry&id=435&Itemid=2382

Please help us out so we can get our video campaigns published.

Thank you,

...Finn
Hi Finn,

I have helped you disable this setting so that placeholders no longer display in entry pages(http://take.ms/uq23Z).

Can you help us double check and see if the issue persists? Thanks.

Hi Raymond,

Thanks a lot it is working. The only thing is that the video not show up in the latest blog post module we have in our drop down menu under About Us. The module is a the left side in the drop down menu "The GGP Blog." The blog post is there but there is not any image from the video.

Hey Finn,

For the blog listing, if you want to display videos, you can enable them at the truncation settings area(http://take.ms/6NeVA).

This will display videos in the truncated content to the specified position.

For the latest blogs module, the video is not displaying because it has been truncated.

The reason videos are truncated is to prevent unclosed HTML tags from breaking the layout of the page.

If you really want to display the video, one thing you can try is by creating quick posts(video), publish, then edit back the post to insert the content.
