We honestly do not know why for the first time, it will not fetch the image. Currently, i have removed data store in this this table '#_social_links' and it fetch your image correctly now. I would advice you to truncate this table '#_social_links' first and see how it goes. And i also enabled 'Cache Images' as this option will download that images from user site and saved them to your site, if the user change or do some modifications, it will fetch cache/download images. Please advice.

Note:
Make full backup on your database first before making any changes on your database.
