Hi,

At the moment when a user adds new images they are posted as updates to the status wall. They go in as thumbnails (which is fine) but they take up a large space and don't align correctly (see attached) there is loads of white space around them. Ideally they would be tightly aligned in rows and columns.

Is how they are displaying in my status how they are intended to display or is it a layout bug?

Kind regards

Mel
Hi Mel,

I tried posting several images on the timeline of your site and it looks fine(https://take.ms/HQ79V).

Am I missing something here? Perhaps you can share with us the images that you used?

Hi Raymond,

the images are ones that go in automatically when a user changes for example their avatar etc. Not ones we upload to the status wall ourselves if that makes sense.

If all else fails is there a way to turn off auto posting when avatars etc. are changed?

Hey Mel,

The avatar/cover uploads work fine as well: https://take.ms/MQ1wZ

Perhaps you can provide me the link of the EasySocial post having the issue? Or are you referring to JReviews stream items(https://take.ms/uk2pi)?

Hi Raymond,

I can see where the problem is now. It is with 3rd party Jreviews. When images are added to Jreviews they are posting to the status wall. Is there a way to make those images display correctly when posting to the wall?

This is jReview app issue, you might want to report this issue to JReview developer regarding this.

By the way, I've applied some temporary fix into this file on your site JoomlaFolder/media/com_easysocial/apps/user/jreviews/themes/default/streams/photo.content.php , it should look better than before now.
