I have registered several domains but i am paying for unlimited. ? It says that it is support for several sites in the product description. Have deleted lofoten.com and added it so it is last on the list now.

Hey Andre,

I am sorry for the confusions here, Jasni must have mislook-ed at your license as you are entitled to obtain support for more than 1 domain of course.

Anyway based on your site, it seems like these images are being generated from //2017.lofoten.com/images/easyblog_articles/9/b2ap3_thumbnail_historie_borgvaer-lofoten-03.jpg . Is this a "development" url?

EasyBlog stores all images using absolute paths to avoid issues with external items like RSS feeds / emails. You can't create the blog post on a dev site and just copy the data across.

This was the developer url and then we published it to http://www.lofoten.com. Is there a way to fix this quick or do we need to edit all of the articles ?

Hey Andre,

I could add a quick hack for you to replace all 2017.lofoten.com but it's best to actually edit the articles and update the paths

Are there a lot of articles?

Around 500. Have fixed over 100 but the most important thing was that it didnt happend again. I didnt now why and i got a little bit worried.

Another thing is that i hope in the future that there is an option so that we can have a developer site and then move it online and keep the pictures.

Is there a chance that the catalog in the filter show parent -> child categories and not only every category listed on a straight list. Is a little bit confusing when there are many categories and under categories

Hey Andre,

We are considering changing the stored paths to be using relative paths instead of absolute paths but this will pose another problem for users using mod_rewrite. We will see what we can do in the near future to change this "path" behavior.

I am not too sure what you mean by parent / child categories here. Can you please elaborate more about this please?

If you see all the post and choose filter i get a list like this

category1
category 1_1 (undercategory)
category 1_2 (undercategory)
category2
category3

The filter in Joomla article mananger
category1
- category 1_1 (undercategory)
- category 1_2 (undercategory)
category2
category3

Its much easier to use the filter in Joomla article because you see the dropdown catalog hierarchy

Hey Andre,

Ah, okay I get what you mean now. We'll see what we can do in the future updates of EasyBlog Perhaps using "chosenjs" for the dropdown is a better idea.
