Hm, sorry but not too sure if I understand you here but when you link your Flickr account with EasyBlog, your images are automatically pulled over via the media manager. You can then insert the image using the media manager when you are writing your blog post. Currently you can't insert a gallery with Flickr yet at this point of time.

Sharedmedia If I select the folder and create a folder where I put the load of flickr images directly? and after I insert one at a time?

Sorry I think there is a little misunderstanding here. When you integrate with Flickr, there is no "write" access. In short, you can only browse for images and embed it into your blog post. You cannot create anything on Flickr currently.
