For the login page, you can just append tp=1 at the end of the url to look at the available positions(http://take.ms/MC8mt). Then set this position in the module.

For the ES dashboard page, the position is different(http://take.ms/azfVH). In this case if you cannot use 1 module in different positions in different pages. So, you would have to create another similar module and place it in the position and page that you want.
