Image Wall link not displaying proper redirect

When I click on a picture it does not redirect to the blog entry but just stays on that How To page.

Is there a way to only make the title active instead of the image?

Also when I setup the image wall I had put in 3 columns but it comes up as 4 columns - could you help me on this. Thank you.

I've already check your site with you given link.
I do notice that the SEO settings aren't set as you described.
For your website title, it wasn't possible.
As for the column, Do you mind to share your backend credentials at Site Details ?
