I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
That's strange, i have tried to upload a image from media manager then insert the image in the blog image, it seems like work fine for me, see my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/bDGpqbib , am i getting wrong meaning at here? Please advise.
