Hi Team!

I'm not sure if this problem is on my end or something in EasySocial. When I post a link to a user's page / wall the system uses the first image it comes across on that page vs one from relevant page content.

e.g. if I post http://balti.md/ the first image is the Moldovan flag from the language switcher. My site also has a joomla language switcher so it's the default image for my site as well.

Is there any way to configure it to select a more relevant image? Or at least to skip structural ones like language switcher flags?
Hello David,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Unfortunately, there's no way to "intelligently" detect this UNLESS the site utilizes Facebook's open graph tags like og:title or og:image

I wish we could write something more intelligent but it's going to add a whole load of files on your site because from what I understand, what Facebook would actually do,

1. Crawl the site
2. Fetch all images
3. Determine image sizes that makes sense (A 20x14 image would definitely not make sense)
4. Keep finding proper images that could be used.

Just the process above, would be an overkill for any hosting provider and they will definitely shut your site down in no time if you keep sharing links.
