Your EasySocial license is actually assigned to http://decopatio.ca/ but in your screen shot, it looks like it is from the site martialart.zone . Please understand that the Pro subscription only entitles you for support on 1 domain only.

Note: Since we're binding support to a domain/website, it would be efficient for your clients to enter access information for you once somewhere rather than have to re enter it almost every post. Just a thought.
