Oh, i might forgot ask you to check them on ACL section as you can see here http://take.ms/ZvK3t, you will need to check for both public and guest for your guest users.

Can you give it a check and see how it goes. If still persisted, can you provide us with your backend and FTP access so that we can further check this issues.
