Hi Guys

It seems the comments are getting processed before images are uploaded.
See screenshot where space in comment is where image should be.

Kind regards
Rob

It seems like very difficult to replicate this, do you have notice anything can easier to replicate this issue from the comment form?

Abou the conversation part, can I have your site backend login access? Because I would like to create a test user on your site then send conversation to this test user, if not that is no other way for me to replicate this issue from the conversation part, because I do not want to send test message to your site user.

Hi Arlex

I will test and get the users who have the issue to test for me and give more details of the issue, it works fine for me.

I have sent you a message to your tester account from my admin account on site

Thanks for your time on this.

Kind Regards
Rob

Thanks for your help to identify what is the best way to replicate this, I did tested several times, it seems like I can able to replicate it once a time but after that all work fine.

So I consult with our developer regarding this, it might be the current Javascript checking is not sufficient enough to used only CSS class name to determine whether this image really upload complete or not, we will probably change another way to do the checking for the comment uploading process in next version.
