When i am trying to post any image its not showing in post and also don't give any error while uploading.

May I have access to your backend and ftp so that I can further assist you on this issue because the url you provided is not valid. In future please post all your access information on the site details tab (please refer to the screenshot) because sensitive information that you post on the reply form can be view by the public. We can't access the your backend if you upload it on an internal server. We need the live server in order to access your backend.

Hello Ajay,

We have some data in easysocial, if we download and install new version we lost the data.

May I know what kind of data are you mentioning here? Installation or upgrading of easysocial will only override the change that you have made in the core files of easysocial but it will not touch your current easysocial settings that you saved from the backend.

It is always advisable for you to perform the backup first prior to updating to prevent any unintentional loss of your easysocial data.

Upgrading a new version of easysocial will not delete your users and their posts. We can help you to upgrade the new versions of EasySocial.

Login to your stackideas.com/forum->MyAccount->Dashboard->Select Easysocial->Other Packages->Download Full->and save the launcher at your local computer.

Then login to your backend->Extension->Extension Manager

Select the launcher where you save it on the local computer->click upload and install

After the download is finish-Next step for step 5 & 6 you will see an installation complete page

Hi Ajay,

Can you change your directory permission to all writable. You can access your directory permission through backend->site->system information->
Directory permission and try reinstalling the easysocial.
