Did you utilize the blog image or did you embed the image in the blog post?

I upload image through "insert media" feature.

I have the same issue, if the image is inserted using "Insert Media" the image does not appear in the stream but if the image is inserted via the text editor, the blog image appears in the stream just fine.

You need to actually utilize the "Blog Image" feature because only this way, we could correctly resize and obtain the appropriate image for the stream item

can I insert image by "insert media" feature, then the images appear when I share in the stream?

You need to use the blog image in order for it to pick up the image correctly.
