Image comment upload

Hi Guys

It seems that when you add an image to a comment it will let the user submit before the image uploads so resulting in no image just file icon showing
I thought this was addressed in earlier release of ES so that it would not submit comment until image has uploaded

I am able to replicate this issue in my local instance. Will log this in our issue tracker.
