I also tested in my Chrome/Firefox browser, it seems work fine for me.

By the way, I've tried to view that link you provided, but it seems like it can't "Unable to embed this content type." then I tried to download, the files format is image not showing.trec , may i know how to play these few media file?

Perhaps you can download the Jing software from this page https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html then record a video then provide us a link so we can better have a look.
