I use Firefox, it is the same in Chrome.

I also tested in my Chrome/Firefox browser, it seems work fine for me.

By the way, I've tried to view that link you provided, but it seems like it can't "Unable to embed this content type." then I tried to download, the files format is image not showing.trec , may i know how to play these few media file?

I notice that in your video you are accessing your without 'www' prefix while the link that you provide to us contain 'www'. Can you try to view the attachment by using the following url instead, http://www.hk-data.no/brukerforum/persondata-utfyllende-status and see how it goes?
