When installing, I'm getting this error:

The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.

From what I can see here, you are only charged once for the renewal

Hey Bob,

For some reasons your account had 2 same license. Not really sure what went wrong but I have fixed your account and the installation works fine now
