Yep, we'll be able to perform the upgrade for your site as long as you have an active subscription. Yes, all settings and data will remain in tact when you upgrade.

Yes, we did, but that was two years ago, and the passwords would have changed.

It seems the credentials do work currently and thus I'm able to access your site.
I noticed that you are currently using EasyDiscuss version 3.2. FYI, EasyDiscuss 4 has many design changes as you can see in our demo site. Since this is a huge change, and you are doing this on your live site, I strongly suggest that you, or anyone else for that matter who is looking to perform a major upgrade to backup your site and database first as a precaution.
