I have two sets of users in my joomla site: (i) Lawyers and (ii) Non-Lawyers.
Accordingly I have created two Roles in Easydiscuss, named (i) Lawyers and (ii) Non-Lawyers.

I want to show the 'Unanswered' Tab on frontpage to 'Lawyers' only and not to 'Non-Lawyers'.

Could you please give me a simple if-then php statement code for this, I will use that and my purpose will be served.
