The voices section of StackIdeas seems pretty cool. A few things I'd suggest:
1. When you submit an idea, you should be redirected to the idea. When I submitted an idea my first thought was "did my idea get submitted". There was no conformation message to suggest it had been. After scrolling down to the bottom of the page I saw my post.
2. When you edit an idea, it should redirect you to the post, not the index page of the ideas. People want to see what they have posted. This is how forums work (like this one), same principles for submitting ideas.
3. There should be some formatting options or some sort of attachment option. The biggest reason this is important is because sometimes it's difficult to explain something when it could be shown to the StackIdeas staff in a screen shot which in those cases is easier for both the poster and you folks.
4. One or two more "status types" for a voice. The two are "Completed" and "Under Review". I suppose the change log gives us a good idea for the completed ones, but that in itself does not remove the "accepted" ones that are already complete. My point is that with these two extra categories it would be more organized.
