I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. The reason that the icons on the toolbar get's hidden is actually because the "width" for the component area is not sufficient for it to display all icons and the responsive mode kicks in. I have temporarily disabled the responsive layout in EasyBlog settings and the icons on the toolbar should show up now.

However, I really would advise you to move the module on the right column to the left so your blog has more space and it's easier to the eyes too
