Icons Replaced With Text

I have upgraded to the latest EasyBlog and many of my system icons are now replaced with text links. Is this by design? Or is there a setting I have messed up. I will provide site info below and I am attaching images showing what I am talking about.

Hey Michael,

Which version did you upgraded from? If you are from an older version, you need to download the latest launcher from http://stackideas.com/dashboard because in the earlier releases, the launcher has some bugs and to correct that, you need to download the latest version

I have helped you re-install your easyblog to latest versions. seem like i don't hit this issue anymore.
