Icons Not Showing

Hi,
Its been doing this off and on where the icons that are supposed to show just shows a bunch of squares. Can anyone help me on this problem ? I can include my site details if needed also is that safe to include on this website ? Thanks.
Hi,

It seems like you have the live_site set to a value in your /configuration.php file. Do leave this parameter empty. Refer to screenshot.
