Hi,

The icons are not displayed, either in easyblog nor in easydiscuss (see screenshots). How can this be fixed?

Thanks,
Michel
Hey Michel,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

To add your access, simply edit your first post above or head on to http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to insert your site access once only.

Hi Michel,

I have tried access your EasyBlog and EasyDiscuss on your front end by using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browser, it seems display the icon perfectly. I am missing anything? May I know what browser that you are using currently?

Hi,

I'm using Firefox, but the problem also exists with Chrome and Edge (see screenshots).

Hi Michel,

It seems like you are giving the FTP is not connected to the live site . I have inspected that, your have set live_site to http://sela.info and when you try to access your site with http://www.sela.info the icon will not appear. Can you please open your configuration.php and remove your live site (on line 20) and leave it as
public $live_site = '';
Can you give it a try
