I believe your hosting provider has blocked our IP address from connecting to your FTP server Can you please ask them to unblock it? This is my ip address, 175.136.81.144

The servis works from 8 to 5pm (time in Poland), so you'll have to wait till morning, I'm afraid.
But still you can try to log in, sometimes it helps.

Ip175.136.81.144 is unblocked. . The block was made by the system of monitoring our systems, due to the unusual geographical location 175.136.81.144 it is Malaysia. The system blocks this kind of connections because sees them as a potentially dangerous and use to abuse.

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you and the trouble here. Unfortunately as our IP is dynamic it changes when the router is reset Can you please approve this IP as well 121.121.31.217 or if possible for now please approve Malaysian IP in general as we tend to work from home and the IP there is different as well. Connection timed out or server hung up. The server you are connecting to may be configured to limit the number of connections you are allowed to make. Please advice.

The reason that you are hitting the share issue is because you require user to be logged in first in order to view the blog post. This causes Facebook's crawler to not be able to crawl the contents of the site.

I have disabled the option "Require login to read full blog post", and the crawler should work fine now. Please remember to enter the URL on http://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ because Facebook will actually cache the contents of your site.

For several days I've been waiting for integrating EASYBLOG with FACEBOOK. I downloaded this file and it's still the same - not working. I think your hosting provider is probably blocking access from Facebook. If you try to access https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object?q=http%3A%2F%2Fpiewca.pl%2Fmultiblog%2Fentry%2Flegendy-1.html , Facebook is reporting error that it is unable to load the data from your site "Could not retrieve data from URL." . When you share a URL, Facebook actually crawls your site to retrieve the contents of your site.

Can you check this with your hosting provider? If they are blocking access from Facebook's crawler, no matter what extensions you use, Facebook will not be able to crawl your site to retrieve the data.

Okay, found the problem and it has nothing to do with EasyBlog When Gzip Compression is enabled, Facebook is unable to connect to the site. I don't really know why but I believe this issue can only be addressed by Facebook as they need to fix their crappy Link Scrapper

I bought your product, not facebook's one. Before I got it I have been tested it on your web side and everything was realy ok. Everything was working as it should works. Deactivate compression was changing nothing. If you can fix it by your IT team, I want my money back. Because you are not serious if you are providing those functions that you can not provide.
You have every thing that you need to enter Adminitrative panel, and FTP as well- do something, or give my money back.

It looks like you have re-enabled the option "Require login to read full blog post". In order for Facebook to crawl your site, the content must be publicly accessible. I have disabled this, and the link sharing works fine now.
