I would like to remove the left menu?

I have tried to remove the left menu but cnanot find out how. I have seen in another post that this may not completely possible. Some code was provided and I wondered if this code would work for my site or if the appropriate code?

We would like it all gone but we really would like applications and members gone if possible.

The delay wasn't on purpose.
May I ask which left menu you are referring to?
Can you provide me some screenshot which refer to the left menu?

Hi,

Firstly this component is great.

Secondly and sorry for wasting your time but I have now realise I can edit the applications in the left hand menu in groups, removing all elements I do not want. Which highlights how fantastic and flexible this is. So thats all done.

One question, I have changed much of the language but in the points menu item, with the points time line, where for example it says leave group 5 points etc. Where can I change this text as it is not in the language file?

May I suggest that you could use the Joomla language?
https://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Language_Overrides_in_Joomla
It is advisable to use this to prevent for future update override the language from backend.
