I was trying to install com_easydiscuss_3.2.9248_paid_j2.5 I am getting the following error.

JFile: :copy(./tmp/install_52b03c426367d/media/config.php, /home/ssi173/public_html/media/com_easydiscuss/config.php): copy(/home/ssi173/public_html/./tmp/install_52b03c426367d/media/config.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory
Hello,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The user you gave us cannot access the installation feature. Please set the user group to Super User. Please advice.

Thanks!

Hello Simphiwe,

I could not see any files in the admin you gave, please set FTP to show root of your Joomla folder, please advice?
I had realize this when I hit an error and was unable to use FTP to fix it.

From your backend it seems that you are already on the updated version which is 3.2.9248. but I did a re-install to make sure that all the files are copied properly.
The error you gave might be because of the wrong tmp and log path suppied in the configuration file.
/home/ssi173/public_html/./tmp/install_52b03c426367d/media/config.php

as you can see there is a './tmp' in the error you gave.

Thanks

Hello Simphiwe,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply. Is everything working fine for you now on your end? Do you still need us to perform the installation for you?
