I had already opened a discussion because not long ago came notifications then you've changed some things and coming and coming, and now no more notifications of new threads after the last update

It seems that you have disable these email notifications on your back-end as shown http://prntscr.com/czw8ir. i have enabled it for you and tested, it seems to works as it should as shown http://prntscr.com/czw880. Please advice.

This is what i test into your site just now.
1. Create a new discussion in your site as guest
2. system will send this moderation post to your site admin
3. Then I receive an email regarding this.
