Sorry on the delayed response.

I am having some issue with the upgrade

.1) The "Subscribe to blog" button is gone! Used to be at top of blog under Fitness/other. Only way to subscribe right now is by category via RSS on right side under banners. Old blog had RSS at top and could subscribe to the entire blog, not just categories

2) Their are two Admin on this Joomla account, He(Robby) can't view blog in joomla backend with his un/pw: robby denning/Cash9fred

3) Subscriptions can't be organized by ID so that we can actually count how many subscribers or see who latest subscriber was. That's important so we can measure how people respond to certain posts and it's a metric that I share with sponsors

4) Joomla is not sending out notification emails to subscribers when I post. bad deal

5) The white line that seperated each post is now gone?

Can you give it a check, these site wide subscription and RSS button already appear in blog toolbar now.

2) Their are two Admin on this Joomla account, He(Robby) can't view blog in joomla backend

You have to configure this permission from backend > system > global configuration > permission tab > click Easyblog filter from left sidebar > click on `administrator` tab > and set `Manage blog` > allowed (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/ta3SJOSnX1 )

After you configured, then ask them logged out and login again and see how it goes.

3) Subscriptions can't be organized by ID so that we can actually count how many subscribers or see who latest subscriber was. That's important so we can measure how people respond to certain posts and it's a metric that I share with sponsors

Actually you can check these information from backend > Easyblog > subscription > you can filter to which type subscription you want to see (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/nC0jzNK1 )

4) Joomla is not sending out notification emails to subscribers when I post. bad deal

May i know do you have setup cronjob in your server yet? If haven't setup yet, perhaps you can take a look of our documentation here -> http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/cronjobs .

5) The white line that seperated each post is now gone?

Perhaps you can try other theme as well, e.g. vintage theme

I will look into all of that. Thanks!

For some reason yesterday the toolbar and categories started formatting weird on the blog. Can you look? Do you know what's causing it?

Hey Ryan,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

It seems like your current Easyblog `default theme` missing these following style css file so causing this issue.

JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/default/styles/style.min.css
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/default/styles/style-modules.min.css

By the way, I've help you temporary switch to `Wireframe` theme, it should work fine now, can you give it a check now?

I set up the other blogger(Robby Denning) like you said above. Giving him permissions and he still doesn't have access to the blogs backend.

I also set up cronjobs with the hosts help. Its still not sending out blog post to subscribers.

I've help you set it from the joomla extension permission section, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.
Can you ask your 2 administrator to logged out first then login again and see is it still unable to view blog from backend?

I also set up cronjobs with the hosts help. Its still not sending out blog post to subscribers.

can you provide us with your Cpanel access which can setup the cronjob in your server? So that we can better have a look is it setup correctly?

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Is it possible make it do not block this cron.php file access from public? I believe because of this causing the issue.

You can refer on my attached screenshot below.
