I try to update one of the domains i have but...
Error Please enter the correct API key. You may generate it from http://stackideas.com/account/my-account.html ...
The domain is already added in the dashboard area. The first domain is updated correctly, but in the second i have this error.
The ID i have in the dashboard is one for both licenses. Do i have to have two IDs for the two licenses?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Did you mean this site couldn't be update successful right ( http://www.dietchen.gr ), i have checked in your Easyblog version, it seems like this site Easyblog still using 3.8xxx,
the updater only work from the version 3.9xxx update to 3.9xxx or 3.9xxx update to 4.0xxx or above, if you update from 3.8xxx to 3.9xxx, that updater is not work. You have to go download the latest version of Easyblog from here http://stackideas.com/dashboard , then upload/install from your Joomla backend > Extension Manager
