ConverseKit displays on all the pages on my site except for the EasyDiscuss pages. It seems to me that it should probably display there and I am wondering if there is something I need to do to make ConverseKit display on my EasyDiscuss pages. It does display on all my EasyBlog and EasySocial pages.

Also, I am wondering if the placement of ConverseKit could be changed because it is in the lower right corner and keeps getting covered up by the Push software that also places notices on the bottom right corner.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like somewhere conflict with the Conversekit on Easydiscuss page, I already help you enabled load Conversekit it own jQuery Library from the Conversekit plugin, it should display that Conversekit on discuss page.

Can you give it a check?

Also, I am wondering if the placement of ConverseKit could be changed because it is in the lower right corner and keeps getting covered up by the Push software that also places notices on the bottom right corner.

Currently we do not have plan to change Conversekit icon position on the page, because that would be better position to show Conversekit icon on the page footer right corner.

Helo Arlex,

Thank you for getting the ConverseKit icon to display on my EasyDiscuss pages.

Regarding the ConverseKit positioning I believe it is a great location too. I also am using OneSignal Push which also displays in that same space. Unfortunately the OneSignal Push notifications hide the ConverseKit icon. So, it would be good if maybe OneSignal Push could be somehow aware of ConverseKit and not cover it up. I am not sure who you would accomplish this. But, thought it might be worth your consideration.

Thank you very much. I think looking to how facebook displays multiple push notifications might be a good idea. They stack them above each other. So, the conversekit could be treated like a notification and then additional notifications could be loaded above the conversekit.

You're welcome Sean

Yes, that is good ideas but unfortunately those push notification unable to allow inspect element on browser, in other word, that was not possible to add css to control this.

And I also tested on Mac machine and Windows OS with different browser, it seems like that is not show the pop up consistent position, you can check my screenshot here, this is what i tested on Mac machine.

Thanks Arlex for the response and the screenshots.

I find it very interesting that your push notifications are happening on the top right of the pages. Mine push notifications are displaying on the bottom right. Do you have any idea how the location is determined. Is that something set by a cookie with a browser?

It seems like Windows OS is show the popup notification at the footer right corner position, unfortunately I did a global search in Google regarding this, it seems like OneSignal do not have any API to change this position at this point of time.
