I was configuring Auto post for Linked in for a client of mine in Firefox

I created the developer app for that client's Linked In account in IE having logged into the owners account there.

When I clicked on grant authorization for the application in easyblog (in firefox) it opened an account of another client (one that I had previously worked on) and not the one for the user I was working on in IE.

Do I have to delete both apps for both users now and start over?

Sorry, I suspect that this might be somewhat confusing
Purge your cache on your browser and purge the cache in Joomla and try again.

Hi Tom,

I am sorry for the late reply
I am confuse here with your explanation. So, now you're having issue with messed up different client on a different Linkedln account isn't? From what I'm understand, you need to revoke access for both users and re-authenticate them with the correct Linkedln user.

If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us. If this issue is still persist, perhaps you can provide us with backend access, FTP access and Linkedln access so that we can continue assisting you on this issue.

Please advise.
Thanks.

I have revoked the app for both users and cleared the cache. I went into one user's easyblog admin panel and went through the process again but it does not prompt me to log in to the Linked In account again.

I also posted a test entry in the blog but it does not show up anywhere on the users linked in page. Nor do I see the post in their FB or TW page either.

I am really confused now

Hello Tom,

It's most likely that the apps which you have created for Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn isn't created correctly. Can you please provide us with the following access to check on this for you:

1. Joomla back end access
2. FTP access
3. Facebook login credentials (So that we can verify the app which you have created)
4. Twitter login credentials (So that we can verify the app which you have created)
5. Linkedin login credentials (So that we can verify the app which you have created)

Hello,

It looks like your Twitter app only has read access, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-01_1414.png . I have tried to change it to read and write but am hitting this error, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-01_1415.png . Please verify your account with your mobile number as instructed by Twitter.

As for LinkedIn, I can't seem to access the accounts because they require us to provide them with some codes (Because we are connecting from a different country), http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-01_1420.png .

I have setup Facebook access for both your first site but upon logging into your second facebook account it's requiring me to enter the security answer, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-01_1422.png

Also, I strongly suggest that you create separate threads for both your sites rather than posting all of your issues in a single thread. Much easier for us to work on your issues since there are several different moderators on the forums working on different time
