I have renewed all of my stackideas products and they are not showing up in my dashboard? Do you need me to send you my order ID and email? I would rather not do it here publically. who should I IM?

Is it possible that you post a ticket at https://crm.stackideas.com/index.php and we'll look into this? We are currently still enhancing our forums to allow private postings so you could do that in the future
