Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_convert_encoding() in JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/blocks/handlers/abstract.php on line 142

Can you request with your webhosting provider to help you enable this mb_convert_encoding PHP from your PHP server? It should fix this issue because this is Easyblog minimum requirement.
