I'm Trying to Install Komento but I can't

Hi there,

I am trying to install Komento. I downloaded the launcher from my Dashboard (1.8.2.) and zipped it (compressed). I then went to extensions manager and uploaded the zipped file as I do always and it does not work.

I am getting the following error:

"There was an error uploading this file to the server."



Any ideas?
Hello David Judah,

The reason why you hitting this is because your php upload_max_filesize only set to 2M, you should request with your Webhosting provider to help you increase this to 20M. By the way, I have help you installed the Komento extension in your site using the install from directory method. Please have a check.
