I'm an admin...why am I getting "Sorry, but the content is currently not available or you do not have permissions to view the item" when I upload a file??

Hi,

all the file apps are published but when I upload a file (directly into the stream) I'm getting this error.

I have temporary disabled this setting "Allow Updating Timeline" from your backend Easysocial facebook setting page.

it work fine now. But I have a question for this, may i know do you would like the user have the permission to autopost their stream in Facebook profile page? If yes, do you have submit a user permission called "publish_action" for Facebook review?

Sorry Arlex, I'm not too sure I understand the last bit.

I would like the user to autopost to their FB stream, but I'm unsure of the 'submit a user permission' bit!

Hello Paul,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here.

What my colleague meant is in order for the user to post their status update to facebook, you need to submit your facebook apps for review. To do so, go to your facebook apps page > status and review > Start a submission > publish action, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-22_1245.png . After that wait for the respond from the facebook and see how it goes.
