I just upgraded to 5.0 - Modules do not work/ unable to view page when I click on it

I just recently installed 5.0 from 3.0. The two major issues is with modules and being unable to view pages associated with easyblog. I sent a picture of what I see when trying to add module. Easyblog connects all my content. I currently put the site offline, I am hoping these issues can be resolved. Can you please help?

Hi Ameer,

I've checked your site and it seems like the plugin "Opengraph - EasyBlog" is causing the issue. I've disabled the plugin and the page is loaded correctly now. Perhaps you might want to consult with opengraph developer regarding on this issue instead as they know best with their components.

Regarding on the module issue, it seems like I can load the module fine from my end. Check my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/1WDE5dXt . Am I missing something here?
