I Configured the RSS with the steps that you suggest but it does not work me. I Attached a photo of my cPanel shape as I have it currently configured.
/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://waaju.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron"

If you are trying to setup the Feeds Import feature then teh cron must be

/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://waaju.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cronfeed";
