I have one user that cannot access his dashboard

I have one user that cannot access his dashboard.
he is setup like others but when he logs in he cannot see the forums, nor the community.


he gets: http://americanarmigers.us/membership/dashboard/noaccess

SUBSCRIBE PLAN

I have placed the user's account in the hidden section... This user was working fine yesterday.
Also, my own personal access (not that of the Administrator) does NOT do the same thing... and my personal access is the same as this person.

The issue was coming from payplans. The member paid and was given a discount after payment, which caused payplans to place their account "on hold". It is fixed now so please ignore this ticket!
