i have made an easy blog category , then created 3 blogs ,then created a menu with single category layout and when i click at the website menu created it gives me error 404

The problem is probably due to the category field not selected shown here in this screen shot http://screencast.com/t/L4mec1KDFPcA . You need to select the category in order for it to work. If the problem still persist you may provide your joomla backend & your FTP access in order for us to rectify your problem that you are having.
