I have installed the search plugin for EasyDiscuss and the search results show discussions that are not published. Can it be changed so that it only shows published results?
Thank you! Have a great weekend... My weekend starts now!

There is an extension installed called extplorer that you can access from the Joomla backend. It works similar to ftp.

Hello John,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

By default, the EasyDiscuss search plugin only list 'published' items when user perform the search via Joomla search module. Anyway, can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access so that i investigate your issue further? Also, can you give me one of the post title which is currently unpublished but you manage to search the item so that I can test the issue again?

Please advise.

If you do a search for "Men's SpeakEasy" the topic will come up in the search results. You will get a 404 error when you click on the link, but the topic should not come up in the search results. It is topic number 2741.

Hi John,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as today is a weekend for us in our country

Regarding your issue, I've added fix to address your issue. The search now should no longer display unpublished post from EasyDiscuss. The fix will be added into next release of EasyDiscuss.

Thanks for reporting this issue backend to us.

Hope this help and have a nice day!
