Hello Abi,

You no need to inform Easysocial about it. If you have the FFMPEG installed, then you can use the video feature in Easysocial.

Hi NIck. The point is that my videos are not being processed. Please help me to investigate.

I'm so sorry. I missed the required setting: See attached. You have to fill in the location of FFMPEG here, save the setting, then you can see the upload.
