If the app was developed by JReviews, I really don't see why would this be an issue with EasySocial at all. Anyway, please provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site so that we can check on this

The issue with EasySocial activities is due to the new version of EasySocial which breaks them. I tested locally with version 1.3.2 and it was working fine. Then I updated to version 1.3.10 which is what you had and it also broke. The information that was previously stored in the database in #__social_stream_item.params is no longer being stored and JReviews needs this information to render the stream items. You will need to get in touch with EasySocial for a fix. I already contacted them as well.

My conclusion after spending a decent amount of time troubleshooting this problem between both of our extensions is that code changes in some recent version of EasySocial led to this problem because the 'params' column is no longer populated in the database.

There seems to be no difference in between the old access and the new access, and I am still not able to access to your FTP. Please advise.

Please do elaborate more on how to reproduce this issue. A step by step instruction will be appreciated.
