Hi friends,
I have a serious problem with the Media Manager in EasyBlog.
'Unable to parse server response'
This problem started about three days ago
What can I do,
I'm worried because I have a competition and users have to add picture to his writings.
I add an image.
Are you using admin tools?

If so, there is a setting that can cause this. There's a couple of posts on here about it, but I can't seem to find them now in the search.

Hello Miguel,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I suspected there are maybe some javascript error or media manager is conflicting with plugins installed if you have not installed admin tools.
Can you provide us with backend access and ftp access so that we can assist you on this issue much quicker.

Please be advise.
Thanks.

Mohd, Thanks for your help
I have seen the examples you realize
but unfortunately the problem continues
I have cleaned the browser, cookies, etc.. and nothing
No longer will insist on this issue because if you can not reproduce the error you can not help me,
I've also read other post related to this issue and there is no specific solution ..
Previously I used the editor: JCEeditor for pictures and never had problems,
I can not go back to the editor since users they would lose the link to the images,
I remind that the problem of EasyBlog Media Manager started three days ago
and I have not installed anything new I just made the upgrade component.
Thanks anyway
