I have a post with Status=Scheduled, What does this mean?

One of my posts is stuck with Status=Scheduled. In this state it will not display. How can I fix this? See attachments.
Hey Fred,

Hm, for some reasons the state of the post is still stuck on "scheduled" even though the date passed. What is the current time there? Is it passed 11.43am already?

By the way, can I please have the FTP access?

Yes, it is past 11:43AM already. I had created other posts and they posted immediately. This is the 1st time that I have seen this.

I forgot to mention that I supplied the FTP information. Any progress on the "scheduled" post yet?
