I have a module for most replies on the left sidebar of my site, and it shows no discussions. Any ideas?
Hello John,

Can you provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here? Please advise.

Hello John,

Can you also provide your site's URL? By the way, it is advisable to not put your access details in the reply. You put it in the Site Details section below the reply form.

Hello John,

I don't see URL in your previous reply. You only send the ID and Password. Can you resend it?

There is an extension installed called extplorer which you can run from the joomla backend. If gives you access to files.
