I get error after upgrading to EB 5

Heads up, I already contacted my host provider and they said they cant change server settings on shared server.

You are getting this error because openbase_dir restrictions is enabled on your web hosting's end. To fix this, you need to contact your web hosting provider to either:

1. Turn off openbase_dir

or

2. Add your Joomla root path into the allowed paths
